This two-day VIRTUAL Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) sponsored review course hosted by MGUH is focused on medical surgical nursing and is designed to help attendees prepare to successfully pass the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification exam. The lectures cover all body systems, physiology, pathophysiology, assessment strategies and treatment options for medical and surgical patients. No cost to MedStar Health nurses. However, by enrolling in the course, attendees agree to take the certification exam within 3 months of the class.

This course offers 14 Continuing Education credits for nurses. To claim the credits, the course and evaluation must be completed. Once the evaluation is complete, under Main Menu in SiTEL click on the CloudCME link and click on My CE/ Transcript to find the credits the next business day.
